Commercial and Pre-Recorded Video Request Form

Please use this form to check availability for filming commercials or other pre-recorded material (e.g. Preschool songs, VBS recordings, etc.).

• Requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the Sunday of commercial/video airing and all services are available on a limited basis.
• Specialty Sound Management must be requested separately.

• At this time, commercials and special recordings are available for Church of the Messiah ministries ONLY. Outside events do not have access to these services. Thank you for understanding.
