Event Technology Needs

For special events and rentals, Livestream services carry a $75 setup fee plus $25/hour charge for the broadcast, payable directly to the Tech/s (includes video display and/or PowerPoint slides). Utilizing a technician to display provided videos or PowerPoint presentations carries a $25/hour charge when not included with a Livestream. A setup fee may still apply. ALL technology use must be approved and brief training provided. There is no charge for that training but it must be scheduled. Please provide all details below.
